FAQ's
How does this work?
Subscriptions open until the 15th of every month and will be sent out the last week of that month. (ie, if you subscribe between March 16th and April 15th, your letter will be mailed out on April 30th)
If you sign up after the 15th, you will begin receiving letters for the following month. (ie, if you sign up April 16, your first letter will be sent at the end of May).
If you’re purchasing Dote Note Post with other items, please note that your monthly post bundle will ship separately, at the end of the month.
When will I receive my bundle? Can I track it?
Dote Note Post is sent via regular letter post (untracked) during the last week of each month. If you live in the U.S.A., letters generally arrive in major cities within 2 weeks. If you live overseas, letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive (it is snail mail, after all!). If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please reach out via email info@dotenotegift.com
How can I update my address?
You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - info@dotenotegift.com
Can I write you back?
Yes! The return address on your Dote Note POST is my post office box. I’d love to hear from you, but I also encourage you to share the love! This is a project of personal growth and encouraging connection for me, and I’m so excited to hear how you are inspired to connect in your personal circles. This is something I'm hoping to discuss with the group more via comments and polls over on the free tier of my patreon.
