Standard-shipped retail orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-10 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please consider a shipping upgrade when you are checking out. We offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you are checking out, with the following estimated ship speeds:

Priority: 2-3 Business Days (U.S. only + processing time)
Express: 1-2 Business Days (U.S. only)

International shipping takes approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the selected shipping method.

We accept returns within 15 days on all retail orders. Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case where there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Thank you!
