This '4 Month Gift Subscription' is a one-time payment of $36. Subscription recipient will receive 4 monthly installments of Dote Note POST bundles to their personal address. They will be notified on the 4th month of the end of their subscription and given the option to continue with their own payment method. No action is required to stop the deliveries after 4 months and your card will not be charged again after the initial one-time payment.
